I would be honored to visit your school, library or organization!
As an instructor, my greatest delight is to work with fellow writers, and sharing what I've learned on my own writing journey!
I have experience teaching creative writing with all ages, from 6 to adult, and am happy to speak with any age group! However, my writing is largely targeted for 8 years and up. I particularly love speaking and teaching for middle schoolers, college students and adults.

School Visits
Meg’s presentations are always interactive, and adaptable for any group age or size. She has experience leading creative writing workshops for ages 6+, but her programs are best for grades 2-12. Meg started writing and publishing her work when she was in high school, so she has a particular passion speaking with young writers! Her goal in her programs is to get kids excited about reading and writing, and to feel empowered that they have their own unique story to tell.
She is available for virtual, half-day and full-day presentations, and particularly enjoys small group writing workshops and conversations. Her program topics include: writing as a neurodivergent person, playing in poetry, finding the story only YOU can tell, her author journey (AKA stubborn persistence), learning how to write from video games, and unlocking your unique voice.
